The Lab Scholarship Program

The Ultimate goal of The Lab is to provide high quality character development and physical development services free of charge for every child in need of financial or emotional support. Athletic Scholarships are reserved for youth athletes who are unable to afford the cost of membership of $150.00- $400.00/month, selected individuals will be required to write an essay explaining their “why“. Why they wish to be successful as individuals not just as athletes , why they want to make it out, why they want to commit to being their best selves, and will be concluded with a plan of action, the “how.”

Each scholarship recipient will receive Private tutoring, financial literacy training, emotional aptitude testing, Therapy if needed and a myriad of other resources. Each athlete is required to participate in our Each one, Teach one (E1T1) Program that partners former and current collegiate athletes with younger athletes in a mentorship role as well as serving as mentees with older members of The Lab. Academically, each recipient will be required to maintain a core gpa of 2.5 or higher in their 1st semester in the program and will be expected to improve that gpa each subsequent semester. 

 Scholarship Donors have the option of covering/supplementing the individual’s expenses by selecting one of our scholarship tiersSponsors may opt to cover expenses Quarterly, bi-annually as well as Yearly if they so desire. Each scholarship recipient will be reviewed quarterly to deem their eligibility based off of their academic & athletic performances as well as behavior off the field.
