Your week includes two in-person training sessions and a full personalized nutrition plan and daily training regimen built around your event, your body, and your PRs
Our athletes train alongside and learn directly from elite performers including Harley McNeal of the University of North Carolina, one of the most highly recruited prep sprinters in the country coming out of Northridge High School, and Sam Ogazi of the University of Alabama, a top 5 ranked sprinter in the world who competes at the highest level of the sport internationally. These are not motivational appearances. They are working sessions where high school and college athletes get direct access to the technique, mindset, and preparation habits of athletes competing at the D1 level right now. Jumps training is led by former High and long jump AHSAA state Champion and collegiate jumper , Nigel Durant
Distance and endurance training is led remotely by Nate Gordon, a former Clemson University track athlete whose background in distance running brings a complete aerobic foundation to every athlete's development regardless of sport or position.
The result is a training week that covers every component of athletic speed: acceleration mechanics, top-end velocity, conditioning, recovery, and the nutritional framework to support it all. Available for non- football players looking to improve their 40 yard dash times.
