Sport Neutral + Sport Specific Training Program

1x/ Week Training Sessions (

Our Training Regimens are divided into a binary of Sport Neutral Training (SNT) such as speed development, vertical and longitudinal jumps, acceleration/deceleration and the Sport Specific Training Program consisting of Route Running for wide receivers in football, Hitting and throwing mechanics for baseball athletes, Ball handling and shooting mechanics for basketball athletes and more. Our D1 package gives the athlete access to both training regimens

-Daily workouts centered on inducing the necessary musculoskeletal adaptations that are required to compete at a collegiate level.

-Sport-specific athletic intelligence training, because your ability to analyze, assess, and act, on in-game situations is what separates the good athletes, from the great athletes.

-Mental health counseling each week to prevent burn-out on the path to Division 1.

-Nutritional development plan to gain muscle, lose fat, and dominate the competition.

-Collegiate recruitment networking using our vast collection of college coaching contacts.

-Guidance throughout entire collegiate scholarship process including NCAA eligibility/compliance, college matching, NIL sponsorship, recruitment letters, scholarship timetable, film editing, and more.

-Weekly sports psychology habit tracking through rhythm register to keep you on target to reach your goals.

-Prehab/rehab coaching to prevent and recover from injury.-Unlimited workouts designed to enhance your coordination, cardiovascular conditioning, and muscular development to levels far superior to that of your high-school competitors.

-Weekly sports psychology habit tracking via rhythm register to form positive, long-lasting habits that are crucial to athletic development.

-Nutritional development plan to foster enhanced muscular development, superior cardiovascular conditioning, and quick post-workout recovery.
